How do I sign up?
It’s really easy! All you need to do is click here and fill us in on a few basic details about yourself.
What will happen after I have registered?
You’ll be signed up and can expect to receive your first survey with us soon after. Don’t worry, we’ll only send you relevant surveys.
How often will I be sent surveys?
It will depend on which survey you qualify for, so you might hear from us a couple of times a week or it might be a couple of times per month. (Most likely, it will be somewhere in between.)
How long will the surveys take?
Our surveys are all different in length. On average they should take you around 10 minutes to complete.
What rewards do I get?
At the moment, we have a points system in place. Each time you complete a survey, we will award you points and once you have collected enough points you can swap them in for Amazon vouchers.
Can I get something else instead of Amazon vouchers?
We are looking at other options, but at the moment we feel that Amazon vouchers cover most bases for people.
What will the survey be about?
The surveys will be a series of music focused questions. So, you better put your headphones in if you’re doing it at work because tracks will be played to you!
Will the survey be difficult?
Nope! It’s pretty simple. We play the song to you and you rate or slate it!
I have a problem with the survey. What do I do?

- I accidentally clicked off the survey

I got the survey link, but it wouldn’t let me take the full survey. Why?
At the beginning of each survey, we have 2-3 screening questions to make sure you meet the criteria of the survey. If you don’t get past this then it means you weren’t quite right for that particular survey. But, don’t be disheartened! You’ll qualify for others.
Once I receive my survey, is there a time limit in which I have to complete it?
Technically speaking, you have within 7 days to take the survey. But, we advise you take it sooner than that because once the invites are out it’s a first come, first serve situation!
How do I remove myself / unsubscribe from Songpeople?
Easy-peasy-lemon-squeezy. Just go here and follow instructions to unsubscribe.
Who are the surveys for?
We work for some pretty big cheeses in the music world. Think of some big radio stations and record labels. Odds are that we work for them!
I have not received any surveys / I have not received any surveys for a long while. Why?
One of two reasons might be at play here. The first is that it’s possible you haven’t met the profiling criteria for any surveys recently (the criteria change frequently). The second reason is that we always select at random. Don’t worry though; it shouldn’t be too long before a survey comes your way.
What devices can I take the survey on?
Surveys can be taken on laptops, desktops, tablets and mobile phones. We do suggest that you have a strong Wi-Fi connection if your device is not 3G enabled.
Who will I be emailed by?
If and when you receive emails they will always be from the team here at Songpeople. We don’t give your information to any 3rd party sites, so you won’t get any of those annoying automated emails with people trying to sell you stuff.
